Console:
- One of the basic terms, Console refers to a gaming system that is designed to work through your home television set. It is designed to be set up in your home (probably living room or bedroom) and not be moved about.
- Other types of gaming systems refer to PC / Computers and Handhelds.
- Examples of a Console include the Microsoft Xbox 360, Xbox One, the Nintendo Wii, Wii U, the PlayStation 3, and the PlayStation 4.
